- We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products for consumer internet companies and excels in blending creative thinking with quantitative analysis. - Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. - Work with cross-functional team to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans. - Drive the execution against a product go-to-market plan, including phasing and marketing. - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. - Work closely with development teams to ensure quick deliveries using optimal resources. - Communicate throughout the product lifecycle to ensure key stakeholders and senior management are kept updated on milestones, issues, and product status. - Develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires - Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints, and business drivers.
