Our Client is a mobile and online focused digital services, distribution and a new media company that develops innovative digital platforms, products, and content to service and reach audiences via varied digital distribution streams.  Position Summary:   The Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product management for biscoot.com, A Content, User experience, User Behaviour, Increasing Audience & Engagement on Web and App. Fair understanding on mobile commerce and overall brand building.   Responsibilities:   - Research industry sectors & customer needs and then develop plans to disrupt & dominate   - Develop and manage the product and feature roadmap   - Own the product development life cycle including research, insights, wireframes, UX/UI, functional specifications, launch and ongoing optimisation.   - Co-ordinate designers, developers and external providers to deliver world-leading products   - Translate product strategy into actionable plans   - Resource planning, estimation, timelines and briefs   - Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation   - Review and integrate 3rd party applications   - Ensure products are compliant with industry standards and legislation   - Analyse and optimise conversion rates   - Product testing and refinement   - Write copy that clearly explains product functionality and drives conversions   - Manage social media marketing, newsletters and customer communications   Skills & Experience   - Strong track record of developing and managing superior online products   - Exceptional ability to turn insights and strategy into effective products   - Strong wire framing skills and basic UX/UI and design skills   - Basic HTML and CSS skills   - Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team environment   - BS or MS in Computer Science with MBA.
