Responsibilities:
- Consumer obsession: Lead the understanding of consumers' behaviour and needs through qualitative and quantitative studies in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Industry awareness: Derive data driven analysis on the competitive landscape of the consumer durable industry and derive actionable insights with primary and secondary research to build differentiating product positioning and superiority.
- Ownership: Take ownership of the interactions between the various backend systems including WMS, Logistic Aggregators etc and help manage, evolve and scale them in alignment with the product vision.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, market test, iterate over, build, launch, optimise and grow solutions.
- Communication: Communicate and collaborate with tech and design via thorough PRD;s and BRD's.
- DataCentric : Define the metrics that drive success in terms of product adoption, business goals, customer engagement, and delivery
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of work experience in Product Management (premium segment exposure), Strategy, e-Commerce, Consulting, Product Planning & Sales forecasting, Data analysis, Consumer research, Competition bench-marking or any other role involving strong strategic and analytical skills
- MBA/ B.Tech from a leading business/Engineering college
- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, combined with a strong business acumen
- Ability to effectively connect and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, at all organisational levels
- Leadership & maturity to work with/handle high-capability technology team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
