Product Manager - Internet/Online

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Be the voice of the user. Eat data for breakfast.

- Identify key problem areas, verify the problem, find solutions and test those solutions.

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to define the product roadmap.

- Work with an incredible team of engineers while designing new data-driven features.

- Working closely and directly with QA to better understand and describe bugs, and hard-to-find issues.

- Comfortable identifying problems as they happen, while working across teams to actively solve those problems

- Define KPI metrics, and measure success of all releases

- Take appropriate actions to improve product and product line efficiencies and performance (revenue, retention & growth, customer satisfaction)

REQUIREMENTS:

- B.Tech / BE or related technical field is ideal; MBA degree is not mandatory, passion is

- 3+ years of Product Management experience

- Experience creating and wireframing user interfaces and flows

- Strong product sense with an ability to envision technology that delights and inspires users

- Ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail

- Crisp and clear editing skills

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, innovative technology environment with a history of results

- A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to get high-quality projects done quickly

- Interest in product management and development with a data-centric approach

- Excellent communications skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written, and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences

- Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach
