Job Description :

- Create and drive innovations to increase adoption of product and its various features Developing a product strategy and road map for development, Collaborating with cross functional team in executing the product's road map, Making sure the right product is delivered at the right time

- Prepare business cases for initiatives targeted at improving customer experience and partner with the appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver them.

- Ensure compelling category content to help customers find and select products. Define website features.

- Write specs and user stories, create wireframes, prototypes, test plans, release checklists. Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback. Rinse and repeat.

- Research and analyze key ecommerce market trends for product innovation and enhancements. Prioritize incoming feature requests from core product and platform teams. Manage the backlog of features.

- Work closely with IT vendors to release features across all platform simultaneously. Create and maintain your team's roadmap and milestones. Work with your team to estimate, implement, and build features while working on the highest priority things.

- Analyze the effectiveness of the current website and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates, increase usage. Make data driven decisions for future changes/enhancements in the product based on analysis of metrics (MIS).

- Analyze and closely monitor competition for product roadmap decisions. Provide weekly/timely updates to the executive teams.

NOTE :

- We want client side profiles and not the vendor profiles.

- Salary range we are willing to offer is 7 to 9 lacs. So you might want to shortlist candidates with current CTC in the range 6 to 8 lacs.

- We are looking for techno managers - so the candidates should have tech + management.

- Ecommerce and ERP Web User Interface Design Multimedia content development Clarity and attention to detail in targeted messaging to the consumers Ability to handle complexity and distil that enough to make it simple for others Able to lead and collaborate with various functions Strong communication and negotiation skills Demonstrated intense customer focus.

- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions. Good to haves : Web programming skills Technical expertise on Python, PHP and MySQL would be preferred. Added advantage of Digital Marketing.
