- Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems.
- Identify market opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively, translating this opportunity into a product vision and building a roadmap.
- Writing great specs and managing product execution with finesses, support product definition, goals and requirements with data & validations.
- Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and bash all the myths.
- Engage with customers & partners, dig deep and dirty into data and identify hidden gems which will help us build great products.
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketers and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
- Prioritize projects according to market needs and business priorities, continually evaluate the performance of products and features against goals and develop recommendations for improvement
- Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and moving them dramatically.
- Prepare and present executive management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization, including senior management.

Relevant experience needed :
- Min 2 years of experience into Product Management (Min 2-4 years of experience as Product Manager in a B2C startup)
- Tech and Product enthusiast who has strong understanding and is willing to shape, drive and implement the product vision of Servify.
- Graduate (Engineering) or Post Graduation (MBA), however we consider Experience > Education
- Have successful track record of building and scaling products, delivering growth on metrics that matter most to business (preferably on consumer products)
