JD:
- Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems.
- Identify market opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively, translating this opportunity into a product vision and building a roadmap.
- Writing great specs and managing product execution with finesses, support product definition, goals and requirements with data & validations.
- Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and bash all the myths.
- Engage with customers & partners, dig deep and dirty into data and identify hidden gems which will help us build great products.
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketers and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap.
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
- Prioritize projects according to market needs and business priorities, continually evaluate the performance of products and features against goals and develop recommendations for improvement
- Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and moving them dramatically.
- Prepare and present executive management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization, including senior management.
Skillset required :
- Extremely outcome oriented, knows clearly why things have to be done can clearly articulate the expected outcome and bring people on board to achieve it.
- Entrepreneurial drive and have hands-on experience in creating products with the best user experience.
