Product Manager - Internet Banking

We are currently looking for Product Manager - Internet Banking with a leading Indian Private sector back for Mumbai:-

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Responsible for achieving targets for online Self -Services on Net Banking & Mobile via execution of process improvements, new feature launch & Campaigns

- Enable top request across touch-point on Net banking by gathering functional requirements and support rapid development for projects

- Conduct post project assessment and create recommendations in order to identify successful and unsuccessful product elements

- Develop a deep understanding of customer, identify gaps in core products functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for the same

- Engage with various Banks customer service channels ( Branch, call center, email etc. ) & Run campaigns for Self service promotion

- Oversee and manage the Online self- services on regular basis & ensure relevant reports are built to track all transactions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

- Experience in building consumer internet products

- Candidate with experience in managing online product in financial or e-commerce industry will be a plus

- Experience in generating business via digital campaigns

- Candidate with a high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is best suited for this role
