Product Manager - Insurance - Foreign Bank

- Accountable to overachieving Insurance revenue targets for the assigned segment.

- Follow precision price mechanism on business performances metrics and apply strategies for markets to follow.

- Sustained increase in insurance penetration of existing customers to deepen the wallet share through cross sell and up sell of insurance products.

- Ensure highest quality processes are in place considering BANK's internal policies, regulatory guidelines and Insurance company requirements.

- Timely resolution of client complaints on insurance and escalation of the same to insurers.

- Ensure regulatory compliance by timely certification of sales staff as Specified Person for Bank as a Corporate Agent.

- Establish strong relationship with insurance partner team and insurer branch operations

- Undertake frequent competitor analysis so that Bank's product suite is in line with (or ahead of) competing banks / insurers

- Prepare and implement processes for seamless operations of Insurance business of the respective segment
