Product Manager - Insurance

- Define the service proposition for each product domain benchmarked against best in class offering and work with the Operations in creating the enabling framework for delivery.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to Design, Develop and Implement variety of innovative Marketing, promotions/ programs for enhancing visibility in Insurance among Corporate & Retail clients

- Publish product specific MIS to Business/ Relationship Management teams and share analysis to drive Business development with relevant Internal Stakeholders/ Top Mgmt

- Digitization - Critical for the incumbent to work closely with Technology team to identify and implement best available digital solutions for product/ process management of specific products/ channels.

- Ensure effective Internal Control systems are in place and related procedures/ techniques are developed & implemented so as to minimize credit, regulatory and other operational losses

- Product and Process Knowledge in the Insurance Domain
