Experience : Product Manager for Insurance Vertical, Bank.

Role :
- Driving and managing channels for Life and General Insurance business, Product Management, Business Quality, and partner engagement.
- The candidate will be expected to Drive & manage various channels within segments for new business, activation & persistency.
- Understanding product features and roll-out product mix for managing Life and General Insurance revenue.
- Partner management - manage and build relationship with multiple partners to drive business.
- Designing and driving promotions and campaigns to enable and support overall issuance, activation, persistency targets.
- Build alternate channels for optimum target achievement- Liaise and work closely with various cross-functional teams within the bank to achieve overall business objectives.
- Report and closely track business numbers to ensure target achievement-.
- Work with internal & external partners to create sales enablers & tools for the field.
- Keep themselves up-to-date on products, policy - competition
- Identify suitable and complementary products to be sold by each LI and GI Partner
- Create Product Propositions that are suitable across Sales Channels and Segments of Customers.
- Devise processes to enable ease of sale of LI and GI products while increasing quality of sale and reducing grievances, increasing persistency and reducing leakage.
- Engage with internal Audit, regulators and liaison with Principal Officer to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Engage with BIU to identify different segments of customers and devise appropriate products and delivery mechanisms for the same.
- The ideal candidate should be adept at decision making and deriving actionable from data/analytics
- People & leadership skills is essential as the candidate is expected to lead a team and be a part of several cross functional projects
- Will liaise with different stakeholders across the bank to execute campaigns such as compliance, marketing, IT, electronic banking channel and distribution channel
- There will be several - first time- initiatives that the team is expected to do which would mean getting important stakeholders aligned to do things not done before.
- The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills since the role would involve frequent interaction with senior management.
