Product Manager

1. Craft a coherent product vision, strategy & roadmap. Ensure release planning as per roadmap

2. Define & prioritize product backlog - comprehensive list of items that clearly guide the Agile software development team to deliver maximum value aligned with product strategy

3. Carry out functional impact analysis - both at the in the concept stage, and during detailed design analysis (in collaboration with Tech team, where necessary)

4. Co-ordinate with development team(s) during the development lifecycle- Provide support by attending to specific queries raised by developers on application capabilities and/or interfaces

5. Review test cases /Scenarios and completeness of coverage of test-bed.

6. Ensure smoke testing as well as UAT completion by Testers

7. Co-ordination with User-teams and drive closure of UAT (Sign-offs)

8. Review and monitor the releases and post production movement working of the product
