- Digital platform development and launch - Design end to end platform with various functionalities and services to acquire new customers

- Design Journeys through Digital Public infrastructure protocols

- POCs with Fintechs, Open networks and platforms

- No. of new customer acquisitions, no. of units cross/up sold, no. of active customers/repeat customers/engaged customers - Implement in app promotion tools and also an optimum marketing mix to generate traffic

- PnL - Business and revenue generated that can be directly attributed to the platform

- Vendor - Partnerships for providing value added services, fulfilling product journeys or capturing new opportunities (ONDC, OCEN)
