Job Title : Product Manager- Infrastructure Finance Group Role Type : Product /Project/Support Supervisory : No Job Description: Analyse the available data for New Product Development in line with market business planning and Sales Support - Interaction with all region and collation of data required for various business purposes including statutory purpose ( Audit / RBI ) - Structure various retail initiatives for the team for cross sell of various retail products. - To update present status of all Initiative to BH, RSMs on periodic basis. - Interaction with manufacturers on timely subvention/incentive collection - Develop sales tools and collaterals - Maintaining APR and analysis of APR to identify improvement areas of RMs, reporting the same to RSMs, ZSMs and BHs. - Work as a bridge between Sales/Credit/Operations/legal/Marketing etc - Product marketing across Channel and Campaign (rural initiatves/Loan Mela etc) and marketing analytics - Analytics and Inputs to Sales Team and Eye on market Dynamics - Project Management- Process Improvement and Strategic projects - Budgeting/Variance Analysis etc - Support various One Bank Initiative for the Group - To implement and coordinate with all region and different dept for various new initiative undertaken as per Management Objective - Cost report analysis and sharing variance with the stake holders. - Managing location allocation and its cost debit to the group's bdp - Budgeting/Variance Analysis etc
