Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented Product Manager who has a passion for bringing digital products to life, you enjoy spending time understanding customer problems, and working directly with Technology, UX, Sales, and business teams You have a passion for Agile management practices and the ability to instill and develop these right across our business
- Creating a product vision, maintaining a prioritized feature roadmap
- Analyze data from varied internal and external sources, competition and industry and customer surveys to identify problems and opportunities, emerging trends and areas for product improvement
- Develop detailed product requirements documents and user stories and work collaboratively with Engineering, QA, Design and Analytics across sprints to determine the best technical implementation and deliver great customer experiences
- Internalize the business goals, understand the user behavior, conceptualize using first principle, back it up with data, design and deliver product solutions to solve business problems
- Closely working with our clientele and make sure timely delivery
- Coordinate the execution and delivery of product improvements using agile methodologies
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Minimum product management experience-3 years
- Master's degree from premier institutes / Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science) from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs)
- MBA from a top premier college is preferred
- Must have seen at least 1 product lifecycle and preferably led them
- Preferably have the ability to pull the data from databases to support their product hypothesis (ability to query the data)
- Preferably have worked with Enterprise software product and have an understanding of the dynamics of working with the enterprises
- Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all
products/product lines Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals
- Influence business and industry practices by driving innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
- Highly developed skills for problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Ability to collaborate across departments or manage projects or programs
