Product Manager - Hub & Spoke - Housing Finance

The role will be for a product manager to support growth of spoke location business.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS :

ENABLED DESIGN :

- The role involves working with internal stakeholders like technology , compliance , legal, operations etc. on designs , strategies or issues to support to grow the channel

- The role involves working on Working on product, policy, process and payout design to grow the channel.

DEMAND GENERATION :

The role will require following :

- Tracking and driving business through spoke locations

- Developing Spoke Locations to become independent branches

- Supporting Spoke locations through process improvement and process based interventions to grow

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS :

Years of experience : 5+ years of Product Management experience in Home Loans / Mortgages

Education Qualification : Bachelors, MBA preferred

Languages known (if required) : Good Verbal skills in Hindi and English, with good competence in written English

Location : Mumbai

Preferred Industry exposure : Mortgage

Team management experience required (Yes/No) : No

KEY COMPETENCIES :

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :

- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Home Loans / Mortgages

- Working knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES :

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Good analytical and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel
