Key Job Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager-Tech, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the vision for the product and clearly articulating the strategy to management

- You will be in charge of the entire product lifecycle as a Product Manager, including the vision, strategy, determining the needs of the target market, design, development, and adoption.

- Our ideal candidate possesses good commercial judgement, exemplary problem-solving abilities, experience leading cross-functional teams, and knowledge of creating highly technological products. You have a track record of successfully executing both strategically and tactically, and you're eager to take on novel, ambiguous issues that will shape your sector.

- You will act as the voice of the customer with a strong emphasis on being able to define product requirements and manage these throughout the entire product lifecycle.

- 5+ years of product management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- 5+ years' experience working on a large, by implementing the strategy of HCM

- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product

- Knowledge of roadmap approach

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience contributing to technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Setting the direction for world-class user experience design

- Business & product roadmap planning, developing features, and defining requirements

- Preparing launch plans, determining release goals, and prioritizing features

- Developing and using metrics to improve the business constantly

- Working with global users to drive adoption

- Experience developing Human Capital Management (HCM)

- Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects

- Experience working directly with development teams

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

Essential functions include:

- Understand the target users' needs and business problems. Accordingly, develop short and long-range business plans for product lines consistent with market needs and corporate strategic objectives.

- Determine the total market for the product line to justify the investment and to measure whether market share objectives are being met.

- Gather product's customer/market requirements from all global regions and across different customer segments and industries. Collaborate with product managers, peers, partners/suppliers, and other stakeholders to build an idea for a feature or function.

- Act as the representative of the business during development.

- Ensure that Business Management has correct information at each stage in the development process to make informed Go/No Go decisions. This requires sound business acumen.

- Lead the definition of the product's customer values and competitive differentiation to be used in the development of the commercial messaging for the product launch artifacts, trade show materials, and other commercial opportunities.

- Works closely with business leaders to prioritize the portfolio backlog, including the prioritization of epics with all global business partners across global HR and Payroll functions.

- Implement various HR modules including Core HR, Performance management, Payroll Interface, Learning and Development, Salary Reviews, Recruitment and Resourcing, Fleet Management and Headcount/Turnover reporting.

- Business readiness activities for implementing clients in HCM

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

- Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management

- Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis

- Market new products with sales, advertising and production teams
