Product Manager - Housing Finance/LAP

Looking for an experienced professional in housing finance / Mortgage business with proven experience in sales and product management.

Requirement-

Yrs of exp-6-10 yrs in product management in housing loan & LAP

Location - Mumbai

Job role-

1.Adept at data analytics and MIS management

2.Ability to design and run various incentives schemes & agency payouts

3.Take lead in key strategy projects assigned & ensure delivery by liasoning with various stakeholders.

4.Mortgage deck preparation giving concise and intelligent inputs on various business parameters for continuous monitoring and improvement of the said parameters to ensure that organization goals are met.

5.Analyze the portfolio on various parameters such as yields, delinquency etc. to provide inputs to the senior management on behavior of the portfolio on a regular basis.

6.Monitoring & reporting of productivity of the sales force based on policies & benchmarks agreed upon. Formulate minimum productivity norms as and when required based on the organization's requirements

7.Improve upon existing system to ensure streamlined and efficient output in various processes.

8.Facilitate upgradation of Loan management system when required to accommodate for changes in policy and/or processes for ease of use
