Product Manager - Housing Finance

Adreso is currently seeking a Product Manager for a leading housing finance company in Delhi. If you have a knack for driving business growth and relevant experience in the mortgage industry, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for :

- Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience with strong analytical abilities.

- Ability to drive business growth and optimize productivity for channels.

- Proficiency in making presentations and working knowledge of Excel.

- MBA from a reputable institute with industry preference in mortgage.

- Proven track record in channel performance management, including preparing reports, data analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

- Experience in channel/market engagement, including identifying problems, engaging with various functions, conducting training, and ensuring timely communication.

- Ability to drive new channel empanelment, activations, and corporate/business tie-ups.

- Strong aptitude for technology initiatives, especially in digital and go-to-market solutions, with the ability to collaborate closely with IT teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.

- Strategic mindset with the capability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.

- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

- Passion for the mortgage industry and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
