Product Manager - Early Stage Healthcare Product Startup - Gurgaon Product Management Company Description Our Client is a tech-drive nonline pharmacy which is redefining pharmacy experience for consumers in Canada. Consumers can place order on the App from convenience of their home. We are building a SaaS platform based on microservice architecture for online fulfillment of prescriptions, managing back-end pharmacy operations and a big data/ AI platform for healthcare data. We are an early stage startup and a small engineering team. We are hiring our first product manager and it's a great opportunity for this person to drive product strategy, product development working closely with the founding team and engineers. It's an awesome opportunity to contribute in a big way and learn a lot in the process. Role - Build product roadmap, write detailed PRDs, and drive feature development. - Triage and understand production issues for prioritization and solving them. - Drive instrumentation of the App with Google Analytics to understand product usage and use it to prioritize feature development. Qualifications &amp; Experience - B.Tech/ BE in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other areas from a top engineering institute. - Prior experience as a software engineer. - Understanding of various functional areas including engineering, customer care, finance, supply chain, etc. - Experience owning projects end to end (from conceptualization to development and use by patients or in-house care team). - Experience in creating wireframes, writing SQL queries, analyzing Google analytics data. - Ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment. - Genuinely excited about working in an early stage startup, learning and solving problems without getting constrained by current knowledge or experience. - Motivated to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects.
