Product Manager

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

- Organizing and conducting Training for the field Sales Staff.

- Conducting doctor's meetings, CMEs and symposia. KOL Management.

- Planning and driving all promotional and marketing activities and providing approvals for their promotional materials

- Meeting and Analyzing customer requirements and promoting the product. Supporting the sales team.

- Responsible for conducting Market survey on competition.

- Launching of new products and product life cycle management

- Working with sales team to achieve sales target and profitability for Hematology

- Responsible to manage sales force and coordinate with sales team on opportunities and funnel management
