This position requires a self-motivated individual with a product management skillset to drive business in the ecosystem. - Ability to own the Product line (end-to-end) right from the product launch to delivery &amp; performance. - Ensure that products are well represented to the clients and customers. - This includes work to improve the existing products, creation of new lines of medical products, development of SOP and clinical protocols, creation of business plan for the product lines and assist in marketing strategy for the products - Responsible for making well-validated product lines and ensure that they are well represented to the clients and customers - Conduct market research, identify unsolved problems, and bring new solutions into the product line. - Develop business plans, provide sales support and training, and write documentation. - Track competitors' products and develop differentiation strategies. - Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought - Ability to manage and multi-task under tight deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile Experience in healthcare industry Preferred - Qualification- Medical Background (Preferred MBBS / BDS / BPT), Strong business Acumen (MBA/ MHA - preferred) - Self motivated Individual who has strong business acumen and expertise in product management starting from scratch. - Must have experience in launch certain products in her/his organization / clients. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. - High energy level - Demonstrated ability to lead and worked with multi-location stakeholders. - Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. - Excellent organizational skills.
