Product Managers
Market Research and Data Gathering :
- Market research to identify products that resonate with the organisation's Vision and Goal
- Defines the Product vision and Road map
- Gathers market data for analysis to derive the product features for market success
- Initial Market Assessment framework creation under Product Realisation framework
- Maps the Technology - Clinical matrix with relevance to the Market and Blueneem competence
- Prove Feasibility of the Project
- Finalises Business Realisation framework and gets the Go from Management (including Market strategy, Product Positioning, Pricing and marketing plan)
Inputs Gathering and Validation :
- Gathers all Technical and Clinical requirements of the product
- Validates the Technical and Clinical requirements from Clinicians / Consultants
- Provides the data and collaborates with Design Team throughout the Design process
- Represents the Market / customers in Design Reviews
- Owns Clinical Validation and Clinical Evaluation
- Owns Post market clinical follow up, product improvements and feature enhancements
Marketing:
- Finalises Marketing Plan for the product in line with the Realisation framework
- Implements all the Marketing Plan including
- Product Positioning Vis- vis Competition
- Pricing
- Product Launch
- Marketing Materials
- Conferences, Seminars, Roadshows
- CME and Workshops
- Decides distribution channels
- Sales Training
- Identifies and develop KOLs for the product
- Supports Clinical Advisory Board
Monitoring :
- Constantly monitors the performance of the product and its acceptance in the market
- Conducts Customer Feedback surveys for corrections and corrective actions
- Re-evaluates Marketing Strategy - Pricing, positioning and promotion
- Periodically evaluates product performance and evaluates against product realisation plan for recalibration and course correction
- Responsible for Market Share
