Product Manager-Health Claim Operations

We are urgently looking for Product Manager for a leading Health Insurance Company.

Qualification

- Doctor (MBBS) with a Post Graduate Management Degree (MBA/MHA/MHM) preferably from a premiere business school

Experience

- 7+ years and above

Age

- 29-35 years

Criteria

- Any candidate from Healthcare Industry, BPO, KPO, Insurance

- Experience in handling large scale multi location projects or operational activities

- Candidate currently in service and having no break or gap in their career graph

- Experience in managing large teams

Job Description

- To manage Health Care Operations

- To handle a team of doctors and non doctors

- To manage existing and new process development

- To handle the escalation issues and maintain service levels

- To maintain the quality and quantity parameters inline to the business needs

- To identify innovative methods of process improvisation and quality execution

- Ensure service delivery as per SLAs and maintain within TAT

Salary may go upto Rs. 10 Lakhs/Annum.
