Product Manager - Growth - IT

- Comprehension of general application development, workflow, design, and process

- Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and be data-driven and methodical with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, and features and drive the management of the product

- Genuine curiosity to experiment and measure the impact

- An understanding of the initiatives that will drive the most significant business impact

- Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions.

- Lead market, user research; drive innovation, definition, roadmap planning, deliverable tracking and design of new company products and product features to deliver against team and company goals

- Monitor and measure launched products and feed leanings back into product development process.

- The ability to identify and reduce friction in the user experience

- Diplomacy to successfully work with a cross-functional team and with different departments depending on the initiative

- Clearly communicate and document product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to all the stakeholders.

- Attention to detail, to be able to identify discrepancies in content and ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and structure.

- Good understanding of Project Management tools & frameworks

- Should be able to build the Go-to-Market strategy and plan for the growth in Revenue from a product over phases

- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.

- Should be able to work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

- Requires challenging all members of cross-functional team (engineering, business, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans

- Creating and maintaining a logically sequenced roadmap

- Managing prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of a great customer experience

- Anticipating and resolving strategic issues that impair the team's ability to deliver

- Leading cross-functionally to ensure the product vision is implemented effectively

- A deep knowledge of customers (e.g., Why do they use the product? What are their problems? What are the barriers to value?)

- A passionate commitment to moving the needle of product growth

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Exceptional in English communication both written and verbal

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills to effectively make a compelling business case when prioritizing initiatives and developing experiments

- Exceptional time and task management skills

- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
