- At least 3+ years of product management experience
- Defining the key levers to building a sustainable conversion funnel
- You will also test and iterate on a number of potential channels for growth to leverage and activate the community into leads and referrers (SEO, Social, Affiliate, PPC/Display, Referrals)
- You will design experiments and develop supporting campaign/funnel strategy quickly and innovatively, working with Content and Brand
- Leading a culture of customer-centric product development and data-driven decision making.
- Launching tests on our landing pages, emails and within our product
- Have an understanding of any of the following: Adstage, Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Zoho/Hubspot, Salesforce
- You live and breathe A/B tests, cohort analysis and understand the quantitative side of product development.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape features and requirements for the roadmap
