Product Manager - Gold Loans

Responsibilities :

- Ensure the Gold loan product stays relevant to the targeted customer segment and in line with the vision statement of the company.

- Provide support for designing product and policy requirements for current and future products by conducting market research backed by regular visits to customers and competitors.

- Track the regulatory changes in the market and regularly update/modify the process and policies of gold loan products accordingly.

- Have a zeal to explore new opportunities and products backed by extensive research and surveys.

- Track and analyze industry data points like market trends, competitor products/process, business trends and regulatory changes relevant to Gold Loans.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan of Gold loan and work towards continuous evolution of the products

- Monitor and manage the pilot branch expansion plan and ensure the completion of the Gold loan requirements within the given timeline by co -ordinating with the respective dept.

- Manage and support the team for developing a plan for system development of entire 360 Gold loan operations includes disbursements, payments, renewals, settlements, recovery, auction, and day to day operations modules.

- Manage technical partners to ensure the deliveries of Gold loan requirements are tracked and monitored

- Work closely with the IT department, business, operations, compliance, and other departments to develop, upgrade and rollout the product features.

- Identifying the weak areas/security issues/ compliance issues in the branches and taking corrective measures by engaging different stakeholders

- Conducting training sessions about Gold loan and strengthening product knowledge of field employees to sell the product to customers and staying in regular touch with them

- Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.

- Assist and support the Product Head in product rollout.

- Data analytics, preparation of reports and presentations.
