Product Manager - Gold Loan

Job Description

- Business To conceptualize, design and roll out Gold Loan Product in the most digital friendly mode

- To manage entire Gold Loan Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Build and drive partnerships with companies who are able to provide leads.

- To lead all the activities & initiatives related to Gold loan product management and maintenance pan India

- To manage the design, features and benefits of Gold loan product, volume forecasting & market share and deep analytics.

- To carry out pricing analysis, determine and support distribution channels, design, develop and implement promotional plans

- Customer To specify market requirements for Gold loan products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers

- To communicate with all departments of the company

- To analyze potential partner relationships for the product. To develop multiple sourcing channels for the product.

- Responsible for competitor analysis and benchmarking

Internal Process

- To work with marketing communications to define various promotion material

- To organize product trainings for launch, expansion and capacity building

- Responsible for product training, distribution of brochures and preparation of manual
