- Information / Control/ Analysis (Monthly Frequency)
- P&L Review
- Ensure Review of all lines of the P&L to understand variance and cause of variance (Positive and negative)
- Identify Region trends in the P&L if any for corrective action
- Specifically focus on CoA to understand the impact
- Cost Analysis to understand the impact of activities and cost on the P&L
- Productivity Analysis
- Understand productivity trends at a national level
- Review incentive payout to ensure it is not skewed and helps in meeting the objective of business
- Review productivity parameters in line with business objectives
- Track key business deliverables through MIS and provide trends / information for corrective action to Business Manager / NSM (Weekly Frequency)
- Monitor campaign / activity plan centrally done for impact and take corrective action (Weekly)
- Channel performance
- Interact with Sales/ Credit/ Ops to constantly look for opportunities in the market / in process changes. Discuss the impact of any change with the relevant stake holders to establish the benefits vis-- -vis cost.
- Campaign/ Activity Management : Create campaign calander by 20th of every month
- Cover Base description, reason for choice of base, past experience, success criteria (number of leads, conversion % and business volume)
- Discuss with NSM for any specific campaigns for sales (branch SMS blast, location focus etc)
- Based on business needs, interact with channels to understand action items. Work with Sales to implement the same. This includes contests/ Mailers etc.
- Drive central activities - contest / initiatives required on a need basis in discussion with NSM and Business Manager
- Work with NSM to deliver POP material at budgets. Track for payment of the same to vendor
- Review marketing material for impact / changes based on feedback from sales / new product launches etc.
- Work with Marketing in providing new material
- For material made locally through RMM, review for adherence to product requirements and provide approval accordingly
- Communicate key changes to frontline team
- Ensure communication is clear
- Ensure the reason for communication is provided to the extent needed based on the nature of change.
- Work with sales team on a need basis to resolve customer issues/ clarify on process issues etc.
