Product Manager - Gold Loan

This Position is for Chennai.

Need for the Role:

Insurance fee income is very critical for the bank .This has to be achieved through LI/GI/HI .This is achieved through constant engagement with field.Sales head will be primarily responsible for meeting this key fee income for Branch banking

Job description:

- Person should be sales oriented

- Drive new business for the bank along with ZH/RH- s/ RSM-TPP

- Ensure employee activation on a month on month for LI/GI/HI

- Work closely with the field leadership of various insurance partners to conceptualize and execute campaigns to push Insurance sales across channels

- Ensure 100% SP licensing across branches

Drive the right product mix to ensure FYC is met for the bank

- Responsible for Retention of policies sourced by bank which come up for Surrender

- Implementing other business initiatives as required for the Business unit

- Work closely with Head-TPP to implement various strategic initiatives within Branch banking.

- Post Graduate with at least 10 years of experience in sales and 5-8yrs in Bancassurance.

CTC Upto 25 Lakhs.
