- Understand customer needs through structured process of VOC (Voice of customer) - NInternal and External customers
- Product benchmarking against competition
- Manage product lifecycle and prepare product roadmap for new products for next 3 years
- Collaborate with different functions - Sales, Marketing & Sourcing to ensure timely launch of new products
- Improve margins in the product category through product differentiation and price management
- Periodically assess the sales performance of SKUs and plan necessary improvement action plan
- Impart product training to Sales and Service
