Internal reporting: To Managing Director India
Role: Market intelligence, designing & implementing marketing strategies & tactics and maintaining relevant interfaces/infrastructure to support the sales team.
Qualification: The candidate should be a science/pharma/medicine graduate with exposure to ethical Pharma marketing (product/brand management), preferably both Allopathic and Homeopathic. Exposure to OTC business will be an added advantage.
Desired Skill Sets: Communication and presentation skills, analytical / conceptual thinking, training skills, good knowledge of various sales, marketing and market-research tools used in ethical marketing.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the incumbent would include (but not be limited to) performing the following activities:
- Collect and report market intelligence and sales-force analytics
- Assist in developing business plans to grow and develop the business in India
- Coordinate marketing activity to increase market share and brand equity
- Coordinate Product launches to ensure positive customer response
- Provide support for e-commerce sales
- Coordinate research activities for the parent company
- Develop KOL relationships
