You'll need to have the below in generous quantities to succeed in this role: - Experience working in B2B or SAAS product development - Track record in managing, developing and launching new products - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while being flexible to manage multiple stakeholders, face competing commitments, evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes - Experience with writing user stories, product documentation and facilitating Agile development meetings - Self-starter (proactive and independent) with an ability to prioritise different assignments and tasks to meet deadlines - Comfortable working in a collaborative environment - Eager to think outside of the box and creatively problem-solve - Excellent communication skills, ability to lead and prioritize tasks and projects - Ability to work/partner with CXO level stakeholders.
