Responsibilities :
- Increase branches to deal in Forex in liasion with Regional Head, train and activate them for Forex Sale.
- Assign Forex sales target to branches ( Zone Wise ), Drive Sales through different channel Retail/Corporate/Wealth/HNI.
- Product and Process training of Branch support staff, Wealth Manager and Forex RMs.
- Meeting and mapping of Corporates for Foreign Exchange sale to their employees and mapping of FFMCs,
- Travel Agents and other channels for sale of our products through referral business.
- Prepare marketing concept and promotions for the branches for higher visibility and sales.
- Preparing Training manuals for all our trainees.
- Charge of South Zone for target and sales aspects, liaising with Zonal Head/Regional Head/Branch Managers with the sales drive across all the branches and forex product and process training of Forex Champs/Privilege bankers/Value bankers/Wealth Managers.
- Head Trainer for Foreign Exchange - Manuals/Learning Modules and Training Materials are prepared under my guidance and included in the training curriculum for new joinees and yearly mandatory internal learning modules for all staffs.
- Marketing Initiative and Sales promotion drive to increase the visibility and sales of the branches during the specified season.
- Liaising with Salary and Corporate team for mapping of existing and new Corporates for sale of forex to their employees traveling abroad. Mapping of FFMC/Student Consultants/Travel Agents and other partners for sale of our top end product to their customers/students through Referral arrangement.
