Position- Product Manager

Experience - must have 4-8 years relevant experience in Product Management ,New Product Development ,Branding in any Top FMCG companies / FMCD/ Lighting / LED Products / Consumer Electricals / Paint / Heath Care/Good pharmaceutical industry

Qualification - Must have fulltime MBA in Marketing/ Branding from reputed institute.

Job Location- Kolkata

Key Responsibility :

Product Management :

- Development, implementation & review of Product roadmap to offer product as per the market needs.

- Drive Topline & Bottomline objectives.

- Manage Pricing and Trade Inputs / Schemes.

- Market Intelligence - Competition benchmarking for Product & Pricing decisions

- Market Research -Pre-launch concept testing & product testing with consumers.

- Coordinate with cross function teams like sales, design & development, legal, supply chain, commercial and finance.

New Product Development :

- Analyses market trends find need gaps for new products to be introduced.

- Conduct prelaunch product testing with consumers to understand their attitude towards the new product.

- Coordination with R&D team for new product launches.

- Conduct training program for sales team to impart technical knowledge on products.

Brand Management:

- BTL Promotions .

- Digital Marketing.

- ATL Advertisement .
