Position - Product Manager  Number of positions - 2  Working Location - Bangalore  Exp Required - 3-6 Yrs  Snap shot of job responsibilities :  As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for strategic end to end brand management, plus new product development, to meet the business objectives and exceed customer's expectation. You will take a strategic level of thinking, looking at post launch analysis, understanding drainers and drivers, taking complete ownership from start to finish of your category.  Main Responsibilities:  Strategy and Implementation:  - You will work with the Brand Manager to define, develop and deliver the category strategies within the overall Marketing Plan for global product launches and core campaigns across a three-year plan, tailored to all geographical zones.  - You will drive comprehensive brand management, prioritising comprehensive portfolio analysis, performance reviews and launch planning.  - You will proactively category manage, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve communications, sales, product experience and product offer.  - You will present to and liaise with senior management, receiving insight into their longer-term vision for the brand.  - You will determine the NPD requirements for the category and manage the NPD marketing responsibilities.  - You will gather Market research, understanding competitor activity, consumer trends and product retail performance to build a broader picture and determine optimal range planning and key events to drive category performance and deliver priorities.  - You will work with members of the Marketing Activation team and other departments, to ensure each product has an effective and appropriate market strategy.
