Presently, we have been retained by one of the Leading FMCG Distribution Clients, to assist them with the sourcing for a Product Manager to be based in the United Arab Emirates - Dubai. Below is the job description for your reference. Roles & Responsibilities are as follows:- - Sets strategies & priorities and build go-to-market business models. - Develop category product plans and road maps. - Manage and maximize category revenue. - Implement strategies to control costs. - Create Pricing models. - Manage overall product branding. - Develop and implement distinctive product positioning and/or segmentation strategies. - Manage product life cycles (product changes and evolution from concept to end-of-life). - Implements promotions & communications plans. - Maintain on-going forecasts of volume and revenue for Panels and work with business planning and Finance to track and manage future forecasts and growth. - To develop appropriate product development investment proposals/business cases and manages those proposals. Key Requirements:- - Progressive technical and business experience in areas of product management and strategic marketing. - Leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to work across business disciplines and functions particularly products and marketing. - Strong business and customer orientation with emphasis on value propositions. - Tier 1 supplier thinking and business case development. - Long-term strategic and integrative thinking with a global perspective.
