Product Manager - FMCG

Product Manager to Head our client's Business of Induction Cook Top which in the current year will be of Rs.100 cr + size and having a potential to grow @ 50% annually in the years ahead.

The position is critical for the Company & will be a part of the Senior Management team in the VP category .

JD :

- End to end independent responsibility of the Business holding P&L accountability covering areas of Product Line-up, Sourcing, Packaging, Pricing, Marketing-ATL & BTL, Schemes for Selling & Promotions and any other activities of a Profit Centre.

REPORTING :

- To Director Sales & Marketing

QUALIFICATION :

- Preferably Electronic Engineer with an MBA from IIM - A/B/C

EXPERIENCE :

- 12 to 15 yrs., and currently serving as a Product Manager for at least 3 yrs. in FMCG companies / Consumer Durable MNC handling similar size of Business
