Product Manager - Flexcube Loan Management System

Product Manager - Flexcube LMS

We are looking for someone with the Flexcube experience into LMS Product Management.

1. FLEXCUBE LMS GL Entries Expertise:

a) Possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing FLEXCUBE Loan Management System (LMS) and General Ledger (GL) Entries.

b) Provide technical and functional support, configuring Loan parameters within the FLEXCUBE Loan Management System.

2. Home/MSME/Gold Loans Workflow Management:

a) Understand and optimize workflow management for MSME, Home, and Gold Loans.

b) Analyze and enhance loan processes to improve efficiency and elevate customer experience.

3. GL Entries and Disbursement:

a) Manage General Ledger (GL) Entries and Disbursement transactions.

b) Handle financial transactions, reconciliations, and ensure accurate recording of financial data.

4. DPD / NPA / Delinquency Ratio:

a) Familiarity with loan delinquency parameters such as Days Past Due (DPD), Non-Performing Assets (NPA), and Delinquency Ratio.

b) Monitor and analyze these metrics to proactively address potential risks.

5. Payment Instruments / Accruals:

a) Knowledge of various payment instruments and accrual processes.

b) Manage payment-related activities and ensure proper accounting for accruals.

6. Integration and Troubleshooting:

a) Experience in integrating FLEXCUBE applications with third-party apps like Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

b) Possess troubleshooting skills to effectively address integration-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in FLEXCUBE Loan Management System (LMS) & Database.

- Hands-on experience in configuration of Loan parameters in FLEXCUBE LMS.

- Good knowledge of SQL
