Description: We are looking for an experienced product manager who is passionate about building global products that customers love. You will join us in our journey and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Product players a vital role in this dynamic and fast-paced fintech environment and you will be a core member in the product team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify go to market strategy and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization and quick time-to-market - Responsible for understanding the customer profile, competitive offering, and user requirements in depth - Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, brainstorm for designing wireframes / prototypes and documenting PRDs to enhance app usability - Define and track important product metrics REQUIREMENTS: - MBA / Bachelor's degree from tier 1 colleges (IIT, IIM, NIT, ISB, FMS, BITS Pilani) - Strong experience in a dynamic product management role for atleast 3yrs - Proven experience overseeing all elements of a successful product development lifecycle, especially B2C products - Highly effective cross-functional team management - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job GOOD TO HAVE: - Early stage startup experience - Fin-tech startup experience - Ex-entrepreneur - Domain expertise in financial services, banking, and payments - Build products for other geographies - Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Interested Incumbents anywhere in Pan India willing to relocate to Bangalore with appropriate skills can apply.
