Product Manager - FinTech Startup

Job Description:

- 2+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple teams.

- Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for initiatives/features enhancing users i.e. customer and partner experience.

- Drive improvement and conversion based on user experience and feedback to ensure the highest quality experience.

- Come up with new ideas and avenues to acquire users.

- Work backwards from user needs, wants and pain points to quickly iterate and articulate a strategy and long-term goals.

- Use or commission market research, usability studies, and focus groups to identify user stories/use cases and best-of-breed benchmarks for solving user problems.

- Lead the creation of high-quality communication and dashboard infrastructure for an optimum user experience.

- Work with the Marketing team to analyse and understand the pain points of the user acquisition and develop products to optimize user conversion keeping the cost low.

Attributes we are looking for :

- Minimum 2-year experience in Product Management.

- Passion for user experience, design, and experimentation.

- Strong interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills.

- Ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to extract and analyse data from SQL based Databases.

- A conceptual understanding of basic software development principles and software concepts like Databases, Servers, APIs, etc.

- Experience working at a high growth start-up.

- Prior experience of working in B2C internet companies, e-commerce and customer experience is must.

- Should be from a top-tier engineering college (IITs/NITs/BITs) or (IIMs/ISB).
