Product Manager - FinTech/Lending

A leading FinTech startup is looking for a Product Manager (Tech focussed) who will shape the future of their product portfolio.

This role will ensure that the products align with market demands and clients' evolving needs along with identifying opportunities, defining product roadmaps, and delivering improvements.

Please Note: Engineers followed by an MBA from top B school will be preferred along with those who have exposure to fintech and lending.

Key Aspects of the role:

- Define product roadmap and functional requirements by engaging with key stakeholders.

- Work closely with various teams to develop existing products and give guidance on new product.

- Monitor product development progress and ensure clarity in the purpose and result.

- Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements to drive revenue and customer growth.

To fit the bill:

- 3+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in the Lending domain.

- Strong analytical thinking to make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to think strategically and translate that strategy into end-user requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
