Product Manager - FinTech - IIT/NIT/BITS

Position- Product Management

Location- Andheri East, Mumbai

4-6 years with Start-ups in product management role with B. Tech from Premier Institute and MBA Preferred.

Here's What You Need

- Build and manage a compelling portfolio of products based on business imperatives, customer requirements, competitive products and technology trends.

- Understand, gather and analyze business requirements and translating them into user stories (PRDs) with supporting artefacts and prioritizing product backlog in a scrum-agile environment

- Conduct deep market and competitive research across a diversity of relevant customer segments to understand directional trends and recommend product strategy.

- Conceptualizing products and its features basis feedback received from the end users.

- Benchmarking of processes (domestic and international), products, features and functionalities pertaining to all stakeholders (Business Associates, Channel Partners, Financial Institutions and other divisions within the organization)

- End to end responsibility of the projects - Collaborating with Sales, marketing, operations, UX Design, Engineering, and QA teams to facilitate development of highly user centric, market driven application

- Ensure portfolio enhancement and upgradation based on changing business/technology. Working closely with the business team, marketing team and the associates in the market.

- Conceptualizing products and its features basis feedback received from the end users.

Here's What We Require

- Relevant experience in competitive research, market research, customer segment analysis, use case development, prototyping, proof-of-concept development, pilots, focus groups, and product launches for digital products.

- Relevant experience managing product roadmaps and program rollouts with a good understanding of the technology, architecture, UX designing.

- A proactive benchmarking attitude involving cross industry products with relevant domain experience in the Financial Services will be an added advantage.

- Ability to Conceive, design, launch and continually upgrade the portfolio of products & processes.

- Hands on with mock-up developments (prior experience in tools like Balsamiq would be handy)
