Product Manager (FinTech) Exp: 5 - 8 years CTC: 15 - 35 LPA Talents from Tier 1 Schools Only Should be from FinTech/Banking/NBFC Qualification : BE + MBA Your Role - You will be a key leader, leading cross-functional product development teams consisting of engineering and business teams - You will work closely with senior management and the founders to understand the vision for the company and our online financial marketplace - You will work closely with the various business teams to understand the detailed requirements, ideate and co-create business requirements documents - You will work closely with business and engineering leads to break down requirements into features to be executed - You will develop the roadmap and schedule for execution of the project and have complete ownership and accountability for product delivery within agreed upon timelines - You will co-create our online financial marketplace of the future for its core institutional, retail and corporate businesses - You are smart, energetic, enthusiastic, driven and passionate about product development and technology - You thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments and they bring out the best in you - You relish your products being successfully used by customers - You obsess about your customers and their satisfaction - You like working in a collaborative environment consisting of engineering, design and business teams - You possess strong analytical abilities and can grasp and articulate business requirements and break it down into features that can be implemented - Your passion for technology product development leads you to innovate and leverage technology to solve difficult business problems intuitively - You have, in your previous roles, managed the entire end-to-end lifecycle of technology products Basic Qualifications - Exceptional written and verbal communication - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other engineering fields - 5-8 years of product management experience in a product management company preferably FinTech (banking, NBFC, insurance companies etc.) - Experience managing web based product development - Experience managing products used by hundreds of thousands of users - Product management experience in fintech companies - Experience being part of cross-functional teams and having participated in the end to end product development and having successfully launched products - Experience defining user metrics to be monitored, monitoring them and making decisions based on such metrics - Experience managing the entire end to end life cycle of products - Experience and interest in closely working with business and other leaders in defining the roadmap of the product, developing the design and implementation plan and developing them Qualifications - MBA from a premier institution - Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a highly iterative, agile and open team environment - Knowledge of agile product methodologies a plus - Knowledge of UI and UX principles a plus - Knowledge of cloud technologies
