Product Manager - FinTech/eCommerce

Key Responsibility :

- Customer Obsession (Should be able to empathize with the customer, understand their problem, frequently touch-bases with the customer and able to prioritize by understanding what is best for the customer).

- Adept at Stakeholder Management (Business, Finance, 3 rd party vendors, Tech team, clients etc.)

- An eye for detail (very much required for detailed documentation of product requirements).

- Data-driven decisions (experience in building data-driven roadmaps and executing them to perfection)

- Maintain product backlog.

- Define solid product roadmap.

Technical skills :

- Data Driven.

- Eye for detail.

- Able to quickly build up domain understanding and start delivering.

- Project/Program Management.

- Understanding of fintech, lending, payments, e-commerce checkout products will be helpful.
