Product Manager - FinTech

Product Manager (Fintech)

Responsibilities:

- Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product.

- Create and maintain product documentation including PRD/BRD's. Create wireframes using Adobe or similar tools. Dissect large product feature ideas into bite size user stories.

- Articulate and implement a market dominating product strategy by continuously iterating and refining the target audience, problem being solved, value propositions, strategic differentiation, competitor analysis, acquisition strategy, monetization strategy and Key Performance Indicators.

- Influence cross-functional teams i.e. Developers, Designers, and stakeholders to focus on building a product

- Manage the UAT and production configuration and implementation changes

- Lead a team of PM's and bring together our cross functional teams to turn great ideas into reality and delight our customers.

- Determine product features based on market research and client requirements.

- Be the primary source of information both internally and externally regarding product capability now and in the future.

- Create the cost benefit analysis and identify driver impact for any feature to determine priority.

Must Have's:

- 8+ years of experience into Product Management (preferably B2B SaaS Platform / B2C).

- Experience in managing diverse teams.

- Excellent Stakeholder & Influencing Skills

Qualification: B.Tech / MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 University
