Product Manager - FinTech

Job Description:

The position is a functional role within the dynamic and fast paced world of financial markets. The primary responsibility would involve conceptualising and implementing Oxane Platforms.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

- Lead the efforts on future evolution of the products, conceptualizing & appraising new product ideas and/or product changes

- Prepare and maintain the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short and long-term releases

- Document product specifications and requirements by collating inputs form internal stakeholders, market information and client inputs

- Monitor and analyze new trends and inform firm about their potential application

- Guide & support the implementation team through the product implementation and post implementation cycles

- Work with the management team and assist in pre-sales activities for the products and deepen the relationship with the client

Desired Candidate Profile:

Desired candidate must have an MBA degree in finance/systems with a software engineering background and 7+ years of work experience.

You need to have:

- Strong Product Management and Business Analysis experience, supporting all aspects of product life cycle. Owning the conceptualization and analysis stage

- Deep experience in Requirements discussions, documentation and User acceptance testing

- Experience in financial markets domain and good understanding of basic financial concepts

- Keen interest and appreciation of technology with relevant work experience. Prior development experience will be a plus.

- Strong communication skills to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Project management skills to understand project plans and aid in communication to others will be a plus
