Product Manager - FinTech

Hiring for Global Fintech (MicroLending)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 6-9 Yrs of experience in Banking domain or experience in other banking products like Flexcube or Finnacle

Product Manager - microCBS - Lifecycle Management platform to Manage Loans, Savings, and Allied Financial products

Role:

- Build an independent roadmap to create a robust platform supporting multiple products 

- Build the platform into a PAAS product which can then be offered to FIs who want to offer micro financial services to the under banked as a Plug and Play offering 

- Scan and understand the financial guidelines in each of the markets we enter and build all market specific regulatory and operational requirements into the product 

- Build various accounting models to help offer multiple credit products on the platform 

- Support Compliance in multiple markets and build standard products which can be offered out of the Box.

Comviva Internal 

- Derive & achieve intuitive channel experiences for customers 

- Develop digital LOS and other allied modules to enhance the platform from a pure play digital financial services platform to a more rounded offering 

- Build and manage components and rules to manage each customer's lifecycle independently basis his profile and usage 

- Build rules and components to respond to multiple event customer in customer lifecycle realtime 

- Follow through launches meticulously, drive clear deadlines and faster closure 

- Track all deployments to ensure product is working as expected 

- Data Analysis to understand customers response to multiple features and loop learnings back 

- Learn insights on lifecycle management, product rules etc from data 

- A/B testing to test multiple hypotheses based on insights before finalizing final way forward
