Job Description: Responsibilities: Role: - Develop a deep understanding of the customer and their unmet needs, identify pain points, develop and test hypotheses, map user journeys and be the voice of the customer for your product offering. - Evaluate potential opportunities, help prioritize and collaborate on the product roadmap, launch new features and track user feedback to achieve a world-class customer experience. - Work with UX, analytics, engineering, and operations to build the solution and then engage with marketing, PR, support, and sales to track and drive customer outcomes. - Be adept at data analysis and draw insights to improve product offerings. Competencies : - Strong customer empathy; ability to start from the customer and work backward. - Excellent problem-solving skills along with analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use complex data & metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes - Strong project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting - Strong backbone and ability to effectively disagree voicing your point of view - Proven ability to ship products or features in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Ability to influence leadership and diverse stakeholders - 2+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery in at least one organization
