Product Manager - Financial Inclusion - Bank

We are currently looking for Product Manager - Financial Inclusion with a leading private sector bank

Job Roles:

Manage end-to-end Financial Inclusion initiatives of the bank.

Manage Products like Basic Saving Bank Deposit Account (BSBDA) & Small Accounts sourced through Braches & Business Correspondent.

Carry out Product development/enhancement/changes as and when required.

Carry out Process development/enhancement/changes as and when required.

Conceptualize Financial Inclusion Plan (FIP) Targets, disaggregation of FIP Targets State/Branch wise.

Conceptualize road map for achieving annual FIP target.

Propose & Define Annual Budget for Branch & Business Correspondent Model.

Coordinate with Branches for achieving annual BSBDA & Small A/C budget.

Marketing Activity - Designing of GSFC/Welcome Letter/Banner/Posters/Press Release Contents/Internal Communications.

Preparation of Quarterly FIP Board Note, FIP Annual Report Content.

End-to-end Coordination with Business Correspondents who are extended arms of the bank serving customers in branchless locations.

Coordination for sourcing/scale-up of existing projects.

- New project/product/process development

- Monitoring of exiting projects, facilitate advance request, facilitating new CPS deployment, fresh enrolment, Bill processing/ etc.

- Evaluation/on-boarding of new BC as and when required.

FIP reporting - responsible for timely submission of various FIP reports to RBI & Govt., Business Unit, internal reviews.

Coordination for activities pertaining to - State Level Banker's Committee (SLBC)- reports.

Draft reply/communication to letters received from RBI-SLBC-Various Govt. Departments on behalf of the bank.

Intra department coordination (with Compliance Team, CPC Team, Marketing Team, BSG Team, Card Team, TASC Team, Branches/Channel etc.) for full filling various activities pertaining to Financial Inclusion.

Coordination with RBI-SLBCs-DFS-NPCI-various Mission offices as and when required for FI.
